Sovereignty is a contract, not a slogan. Every layer of LEGAION runs on named European operators in named European regions, with zero data egress outside the EEA — at any layer of the stack.
Database, storage and application servers run entirely on OVHcloud, a France-headquartered sovereign European operator.
Inference is routed exclusively to Azure OpenAI Service in EU regions (Frankfurt, Madrid, Paris) and to AWS Bedrock for Anthropic Claude in EU regions.
Zero-retention is enforced contractually through Data Processing Agreements with Microsoft and AWS. Customer data is never used for model training.
Operational compliance with GDPR/RODO, readiness for the EU AI Act and alignment with NIS2. Hosting is SOC 2 Type II + ISO 27001 certified (EU-only).
