EDUCATION · VERIFIABLE AI · LAW FACULTIES
Free access to Legaion tools and an education program on verifiable AI in law. For law students, trainees and faculty.
01 / Genesis
The first wave of AI in law enters firms without an instruction manual. A trainee opens ChatGPT, generates an analysis, hands it to a partner. The partner cannot tell whether the cited rulings exist. The client pays for output that nobody verified against the source.
This is not a problem of the tool. It is a problem of a missing educational layer that should run in parallel with the technology.
Legaion Campus is our answer — a free program for law students, trainees and faculty that teaches working with generative AI in a jurisdiction where substantive precision is the only acceptable standard.

Every faculty conversation is handled personally by Legaion's founder.

04 / Curriculum · 6 modules
01
Distinguishing generative models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings. What an LLM truly can and cannot do, why it hallucinates.
02
How the Verifier Engine works. Cross-referencing citations against ISAP, EUR-Lex, SAOS. Why generation without a verification layer is a malpractice risk.
03
Contract analysis with Sentinel, Deep X-Ray, Cognitive Brief. Detecting hidden clause changes, mapping risks, generating business summaries for the board.
04
Counter, Witness Prep, Predict — opposing-brief analysis, examination simulation, behavioural prediction of judicial panels.
05
EU AI Act for lawyers, GDPR when working with AI, attorney-client privilege at API calls, EU data residency as a compliance requirement.
06
When using AI is malpractice. Case study Mata v. Avianca and follow-on cases 2024–2026. Bar ethics standards toward AI.
Future lawyers learn AI on their own from YouTube and Reddit. They generate briefs in ChatGPT, compile due diligence in Claude, check citations in Perplexity. Most of them have never heard the term “cross-model error correlation”. Most believe two models that agree are proof of truth.
This is not a deficit of student intelligence. It is a deficit of institutions. Law faculties in the EU are only beginning to introduce AI into curricula. In most cases this means a one-off lecture by an external guest, once per semester, for volunteers. That is a reaction, not a program.
Legaion Campus is our hypothesis of what such a program should look like. Built on three premises.
First — verification is the foundation, not an add-on. The first module is not “how to use ChatGPT”, it is “how not to become the next lawyer in Mata v. Avianca”. A student leaves Campus with a reflex to demand a source for every citation, not a reflex to trust the output.
Second — jurisdiction matters. AI in Polish, German and US law are three different categories of problem. English-language AI courses for lawyers will not solve a Polish firm working with ISAP, SAOS and KRS. Campus is Polish-first with extension to remaining EU jurisdictions.
Third — education must be free at the point of entry. Every financial barrier for a law student is a barrier to the quality of the legal market ten years from now. Access to Campus tools and materials is free for every confirmed law student, regardless of university.
These are our stakes. If the program works, by 2031 we will have a generation of lawyers who do not ask “can AI be right”, but “show me the source”.
