    Legal control, before you sign

    What we check in the contract before signature

    Contractual penalties and their cap, payment terms, termination conditions, liability and its limits, security, governing law and forum. Every reference to a provision is checked in an official register — ISAP, SAOS or EUR-Lex — and carries a link to the source.

    Counterparty checks before the transaction

    Register data, representation and how it is exercised, capital and personal links, ultimate beneficial owners. The material comes from official registers and carries the timestamp of retrieval.

    Deadlines and obligations after signature

    The signed contract turns into a list of dates: termination, renewal, reporting, indexation, acceptance. Reminders go to the calendars of the people responsible, and every change is recorded.

    A record for the board and the auditor

    Who asked, what they asked, which sources were retrieved, what a person approved, edited or rejected. The record is kept in the decision log and can be exported.
